Pesto Pasta with Peppers


For 4 people ()

  • 300 g pasta
  • 100 g green pesto
  • 2 green peppers
  • 150 g tinned sweetcorn
  • 150 g mange tout
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, chopped into small pieces


  1. Pesto is a great ingredient which can be used in lots of dishes, here's just one example to try.
  2. 1. Chop the peppers, tomatoes and mange tout into small pieces.

  3. 2. Drain the tinned sweetcorn.

  4. 3. Cook the pasta for 8-10 mins or until it is soft, and then drain.

  5. 4. Mix the pesto in with the pasta.

  6. 5. Add the peppers, sweetcorn, mange tout, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, and mix well.

  7. 6. Serve.

  8. Top tip: If you like olives you can add some of them (about 75g) too.
