Halloumi and Pepper Kebabs


For 6 people ()

  • 500 g halloumi cheese, chopped into large chunks
  • 4 large peppers, cut into eighths
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g red onion, sliced
  • 2 medium courgettes, sliced into 1cm thick pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 12 Kebab Sticks


  1. Add some sizzle to your BBQ with this original take on the traditional vegetable kebab.
  2. 1. Add one or two of each ingredient to each kebab stick.

  3. 2. Repeat until the ingredients are used.

  4. 3. Drizzle the kebabs generously with olive oil.  Leave for 20 mins to marinade.

  5. 4. Cook on the BBQ for 15 mins, or until cooked.

  6. Top tip: Make sure the halloumi is chopped into large enough chunks to avoid it breaking up when it is sizzling on the BBQ.
